Working at Global Bilingual Solution was a fantastic experience for me. Karla is an incredible CEO and mentor. Her hard work, dedication, and ambition is translated throughout the whole company. She transfers the passion and energy she brings with her everyday to her employees and brings out the best in each and every one of us. Working with GBS I was able to improve my social and research skills. I learned how to research potential employees, and contact them in a way where they would be interested in using our services. Also, since GBS is able to help a company with any translating need I was able to experience and learn about all different kinds of industries. I had the opportunity to interact with people from all sorts of international settings due to all of the networking and international events GBS attended and was involved with. GBS introduced to a whole new aspect of the business world I had not yet experienced. My journey with GBS was great from the beginning: First, we met and went over the list of company services which are offered to the market via a brochure. Then I participated in the sales meeting where we listened as a team of how to present our services to the market clearly and effectively led by our VP of sales. Then they helped me with CRM: Generate leads of potential companies to become our clients through an excel file. Then how to contact them: email, phone calls, networking and so on. Then how to set up a meeting and how to present our services to the potential company. How to follow up and close a deal. All this took time but it was a great learning experience overall. Over the years you start to understand the market better and see people's reactions. Personally, GBS has been like a family or a group of friends to me. We help each other continuously and help the company improve and grow and become more competitive in the market. Personally, I have grown to become a better business professional and improve my communication and networking skills. GBS has definitely been an important part of my career and I'm always grateful to the team that they gave me a chance to work with them back in the beginning. As long as I live, I'll always help them in any way I can.

A nice company to work with.

I have had the privilege of being a GBS team member for 4 years now. I started off as a consulting interpreter and translator. In time, I was promoted to Project Manager, and now I am honored to be the Director of Operations. One of my key strengths personally is timeliness. I understand what a deadline really means. Perhaps you need to deliver a Vietnamese translation to your client in 72 hours. My job is to make sure that you receive the project in 48 hours or less! We understand that time is money for our clients as well. When you let GBS know exactly what you need, my job is to make sure that our promises are fulfilled. In the meantime, you can rest well knowing that I will delivery your project on or before the deadline. That's simply the GBS way.
